Lessons Learned the Hard Way

Build and validate your product first. Legal paperwork can wait until you have real traction.
Only choose partners who share your vision, hunger, and mindset. Wrong partners are worse than no partners.
In early stages, work with believers who want to grow with you, not just earn from you.
If you're not technical, find someone who is. Build a team that makes each other stronger.
Show product, traction, and user feedback. Build something first — even if it's small.
Users tell you more than any mentor. Listen to complaints and build what they actually need.
You'll be ignored and rejected. Don't let ego stop you from learning or trying again.
Keep 1-2 people who genuinely believe in you close. Cut out negativity, even from family.
Pivoting isn't failure — it's growth. Stay focused on the problem, not the solution.
No one else will remind you to eat, rest, or breathe. You're your startup's most valuable asset.
